New patients

At CDC, you're very welcome as a new patient. If you're looking for a new dentist or dental technician, you've come to the right place. You can register using the online registration form. If this isn't possible, or you prefer to register in person, you can, of course, do so. Please remember to bring your ID/passport/driver's license or health insurance card.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via info@cdctandzorg.nl or by calling us at 088-2328285. It is important to request the records from your previous dentist so that we can include all information in your file. During the first appointment, we always discuss your wishes and expectations.
