Warranty scheme

You can count on the best possible dental care. Our goal is to work with you to ensure healthy teeth and a beautiful smile. We guarantee high-quality treatments and products, which includes a good warranty. Before treatment, you will be informed of the potential risks and expected treatment results. Dentistry is a medical profession. Like other healthcare providers, our practitioners have a legal obligation to make best efforts, not a result obligation. Despite the utmost care, the outcome of a treatment can never be predicted with complete certainty, as dental treatments can be different for each person. Within the warranty period defined below, you may return to a treatment performed by us, and we will assess whether it qualifies for (free) restorative treatment.

tooth loss, excluding fit.
*** repair / rebasing prosthesis: this includes partial prostheses, complete prostheses, implant-supported prostheses.
How does the warranty scheme work?

To be eligible for our warranty, you must have your teeth checked and treated by our practitioners at least once a year. Furthermore, no changes may have been made to the teeth or workpiece by third parties. Should you be dissatisfied with any treatment performed, you can rest assured that we will do our utmost to resolve the problem. Initially, we ask that you allow your practitioner to resolve the issue. If a complaint is justified and falls within the warranty period, we will repeat the treatment free of charge. If repeating the treatment is no longer possible, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can use our complaints procedure.
